Juciao Australia x Funday Pickleball Club — Instagram Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the promotion described below (the "Promotion") and form a binding agreement between the Promoter and each entrant.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Juciao Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 20 679 182 917)("Promoter").

This Promotion is run in partnership with Funday Pickleball Club (Instagram: @fundaypickleballclub) as promotional partner. Juciao Australia Pty Ltd is solely responsible for prize fulfilment and administration of this Promotion.

2. Promotion Period

Entries open from the date this post is published and close Friday 18 September 2026 at 11:59pm (AEST) ("Entry Period"). The winner will be drawn on Saturday 19 September 2026 at 5:00pm (AEST).

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents only.

3.2 Entrants must hold a valid, public Instagram account.

3.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of Juciao Australia Pty Ltd and Funday Pickleball Club are ineligible to enter.

3.4 By entering, entrants warrant that all information supplied is true and accurate.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. To enter, during the Entry Period entrants must, on the nominated Instagram giveaway post:

Like the post.
Follow both @juciao.australia and @fundaypickleballclub.
Comment on the post tagging one friend.

Each qualifying comment that tags a friend counts as one (1) entry. Entrants may submit multiple entries by leaving multiple comments, each tagging a different friend. Entries that do not meet all three requirements above are not eligible.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, spam, fake, duplicated by bot activity, or otherwise made in breach of these Terms or Instagram's own terms of use.

5. Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize available: one (1) paddle of the winner's choice from the Juciao pickleball paddle range, selected from the paddles listed at juciao.com.au/collections/pickleball-paddles at the time of winner notification ("Prize").

5.2 The paddle selected must be in stock at the time of selection. If the winner's first choice is unavailable, the Promoter will offer the next closest available model of equivalent value at the Promoter's reasonable discretion.

5.3 Standard shipping within Australia is included. The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or postal service once dispatched.

5.4 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.5 Approximate total prize pool value: [insert $ — highest-priced paddle in the range] AUD.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, using an independent random comment-selection method.

6.2 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6.3 The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) from @juciao.australia on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw, and may also be announced publicly (e.g. via Instagram Story or comment) using the entrant's Instagram handle.

6.4 The winner must respond to the notification DM within 7 days and provide a valid Australian shipping address to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit that entrant's claim and select a new winner by the same method.

6.5 The Prize will be shipped within a reasonable time after the winner provides their shipping details.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected from entrants (such as Instagram handle and shipping address) is collected and used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and fulfilling the Prize, and will not be used for any other purpose without consent. Entrants who provide a friend's Instagram handle by tagging them in a comment are responsible for ensuring they have that person's consent to do so.

8. Meta / Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Information submitted by entrants is provided to Juciao Australia Pty Ltd and Funday Pickleball Club only, and not to Instagram or Meta.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this Promotion or these Terms without notice, if warranted by circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control (including issues affecting the integrity of the Promotion), subject to any written directions from a relevant state or territory regulator.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability in connection with this Promotion or the Prize is limited to, at the Promoter's option, replacement of the Prize or its equivalent monetary value.

9.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
